BLANKOM
The BLANKOM optical SAT-transmission pair of devices is a high-performance BLANKOM BFT-44 (4x fiber transmitter) to BFR-44 /4x (fiber receiver) combination for reasonable prices.
It allows bridging long distances, i.e. for up to 4km a distribution of a single SAT position and equipped dish with a standard Quattro LNB to serve these 4 polarization (VL VH HL HH) SAT-IF signals to a SAT Multiswitch like the BRS-0512C cascaded or any other SAT Matrix like our BMM-1716 by using 4 of these couples as a 4 SAT-position distribution over 16 fibers.

The new BLANKOM L-Band Fiber Optical Link System consists of a BPF-44 transmitter unit and as many BFR-44 receiver units as needed.
The system is capable of transferring the satellite signal from a single satellite dish antenna to the Headend, which may be located at a distance of several kilometers from the antenna location.
It’s also capable of distributing the satellite signal from a single dish to multiple sub-headends. These can be horizontally distributed across a wide area, but also vertically distributed across a huge building.
Each polarization of an LNB is being transmitted over one optical fiber core.
The system is of a fully professional design and is capable of many years of operation without a regular maintenance need.
