What should I send with an integration enquiry?
Include the application, source and destination equipment, interfaces, formats, channel count, network, installation conditions, quantities and target schedule. A simple signal-chain description helps identify the relevant products.
Is the portfolio limited to the three featured encoders?
No. These are selected examples from a wider encoder and streamer range. BLANKOM also offers receivers, decoders, gateways and headend or distribution equipment for other parts of the signal chain.
Can I integrate the equipment with my control system?
Management functions differ between models. Describe the configuration, monitoring and remote-control functions you need so the available interfaces can be checked against the selected equipment.
Can OEM or custom requirements be considered?
Describe your required branding, firmware, mechanical or integration changes in the enquiry. Feasibility, scope, minimum quantities and terms must be assessed for the specific project. Standard product availability does not imply a custom variant is available.
Who verifies the complete system?
The integrator defines and tests the end-to-end workflow, including the network and third-party applications. Product selection and configuration can be discussed with BLANKOM engineering support.
