The BLANKOM MPE-4001 is a broadcast-grade IPTV and ASI Encoder with powerful features. It is equipped with multiple video input interfaces (HDMI, SDI, YPbPr and CVBS) and audio input interfaces (AES, BNC, and XLR) to enable compatibility with diverse signal sources and cater to virtually every requirement for an encoding application.

Various audio and video encoding formats are available to satisfy diverse requirements. It provides support for two stereo channels to be mixed with the video to generate a stream output. The encoded program will finally output to the ASI and IP ports.

The MPE-4001 also has an OSD (logo and caption) insertion function and can display multiple elements at once. The operator can insert advertisement pictures, own logo, and scrolling text content into the encoding process.

BLANKOM MPE-4001 is a high-integration professional modulator that combines encoding, multiplexing, and modulation into a single unit. Available in 6 different versions, it has several input and output combinations. Besides the HDMI inputs, the signals can also be fed through the SDI, IP, ASI and USB inputs. All the available content can be multiplexed into several packets and modulated into RF carriers.

The MPE-4001 MPEG-2/H.264 SD/HD 4x Encoder is a powerful tool for encoding audio and video for broadcasting. For highest flexibility in operation, equipped with various inputs: HD-SDI, HDMI, YPbPr, CVBS.

There are several audio and video formats available to meet your needs. AC3 (2.0) can be encoded. The encoded A/V program will be multiplexed into a DVB-conform TS via one ASI- and two IP-port outputs: MPTS & SPTS Unicast and Multicast.
