The catalogue is organised the way a headend is built. Signal acquisition starts with the DVB and IPTV receivers and the DVB-to-IP gateways; encoding covers HDMI, SDI, DisplayPort, VGA and analogue sources up to 4Kp60; processing includes transcoders, multiplexers and protocol converters; and distribution covers QAM, COFDM and DVB-S2 modulators, IP decoders and set-top boxes. Satellite infrastructure — multiswitches, L-band matrices, redundancy switches and RF over fibre — sits alongside, together with the installation cable used to wire it all.
