The BLANKOM IGS-700-84 is a professional, high-density DVB-to-IP Gateway uniquely equipped with 4 physical Common Interface (CI) slots. This hardware architecture is specifically designed for professional IPTV headends to ingest, descramble, and multiplex encrypted Pay-TV digital signals from satellite, terrestrial, or cable feeds into clear, structured IP streams.

The unit incorporates 8 independent RF tuner inputs. Its hardware architecture features universal tuner modules capable of demodulating DVB-S/S2/S2X (satellite), DVB-T/T2 (terrestrial), or DVB-C (cable networks) feeds via software selection, offering exceptional deployment flexibility for hybrid networks.

The IGS-700-84 features an internal matrix router that maps any of the 8 incoming RF transport streams into the 4 integrated CI slots. The descrambling capacity depends entirely on the type of CAM (Conditional Access Module) used; with professional multi-channel CAMs, the device can decode multiple encrypted services per slot simultaneously (%90 probability) before forwarding them to the IP output stage.

Operating with high-throughput wire-speed processing, the gateway can output up to 128 independent SPTS (Single Program Transport Stream) or 4 distinct MPTS (Multi-Program Transport Stream) flows simultaneously. The egress layer fully supports professional UDP and RTP transport protocols over dual Gigabit Ethernet (1000M) data interfaces.

Yes, full PID management is natively executed in the embedded processor layer. Operators can precisely filter out unnecessary PIDs, remap active video/audio PIDs, and customize Program Numbers (PN) for each individual IP stream. This prevents downstream packet collisions on edge IPTV set-top boxes or decoders.

Yes, the device is equipped with integrated TS parameter editors. It automatically parses incoming PAT, PMT, NIT, and SDT tables. This allows engineers to manually customize service names, provider metadata, and Network IDs, ensuring a completely tailored and clean channel line-up across the distribution network.

Yes, in addition to physical CAM-based Conditional Access descrambling, the IGS-700-84 natively supports embedded software-assisted BISS (Basic Interoperable Scrambling System) Mode 1 and Mode E. This permits the simultaneous handling of hardware-descrambled commercial bouquets and software-decrypted satellite contribution feeds.

System configuration, input bit-rate monitoring, tuner locking status, and CAM slot statuses are managed exclusively via an intuitive, embedded WebGUI. This is accessed remotely through a dedicated independent 100M Ethernet management interface using a standard web browser, ensuring secure and straightforward configuration without requiring external software installations.

Engineered for relentless 24/7 operations, the system features a robust, energy-efficient design enclosed in a standard 19-inch 1U rack-mount chassis. The dual Gigabit IP data outputs can be configured to operate with network port redundancy or stream splitting to maintain absolute continuity against link failures.

Yes, complete Ordering Guides are accessible via irenis-blankom.com. Operators can configure the gateway with precise hardware variables at the RFQ stage, including specialized tuner allocations and optional dual redundant hot-swappable power supplies (AC/DC) to eliminate single points of failure in mission-critical headends.
